Your website,
updated by chatting

wagent is shorthand for Web Agent — a simple site you can keep current in plain language. No CMS course required.

Who it’s for

Built for people who run the day — not developers

If you keep the doors open, answer the phone, or post the bulletin, this is for you.

Café & shop owners

Change specials, hours, and “sold out” notes between rushes — without calling a web person.

Trades & services

Keep service lists, service areas, and seasonal offers accurate when the truck is your office.

School & clinic secretaries

Post closures, events, and office-hour changes without waiting on IT for every small edit.

Before → after

From waiting (or wrestling WordPress) to a calm loop

Before

  • Site stuck on last year’s hours
  • WordPress plugins, logins, “who has the password?”
  • Waiting on a freelancer for a one-line change

After

  • Chat what you need in plain English
  • Preview a private draft of the change
  • Go live only when you’re happy

How it works

Three steps. Preview before the public sees it.

  1. Pick a look Choose a starter layout that fits — café, trades, school, clinic, and more.
  2. Describe your place Tell us the name, what you offer, and how to reach you. We fill in a clear first draft.
  3. Chat to update Ask for new hours, an event, or clearer copy. Check the preview, then go live when ready.

Show, don’t tell

Monday morning at Maple Street Café

The espresso machine is warm, the special board changed overnight, and the site still says “Closed Mondays.” The owner opens chat:

“We’re open Mondays 7–2 now. Put the pumpkin loaf on the homepage and drop last week’s brunch special.”

A private preview shows the new hours and homepage. She taps Go live. Customers see the truth before the lunch rush.

You’re in control

Preview first. You approve go-live.

Nothing public changes until you say so. Chat drafts a private preview you can open yourself or share with a colleague. When it looks right, you approve — and only then does the live site update.

FAQ

Straight answers

Do I need to know code?

No. You pick a look, describe your place, and chat in everyday English. If you can text a colleague, you can update the site.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

That’s why preview comes first. You always see the draft before the public does. If it’s off, chat again or leave the live site untouched.

Can I invite my boss or a colleague?

Yes. Invite them to that site (not every site on your account) — for example a school secretary on one school site. Seats are unlimited; owners control who can Go live.

Why are live sites paid?

Live sites are paid so the AI stays honest: we can afford real model usage and caps that protect quality. Draft previews stay free.

Ready when you are

Start free = start a Draft preview. Go live when the site looks right.
